Penis restraining "D" tension straps. A very effective erection enhancing and control strap. The strap is tensioned by threading the soft leather tension strap through the two "D" rings. See picture as you will need to thread them correctly, otherwise they will not stay tight. When you pull the strap tight it remains in this condition until you release one of the "D" rings.
