Front is plain with the collar strap riveted onto the neck of the garment, a ring is also riveted onto the front of the collar.
A leatherarm strap goes between the loops on the extra long arms that they can be tiedround the back or front of your subject.

A very large "D" ring is riveted to the front in a very useful position for genital bondage.
